After seeing the weather report for Christmas Day I have decided on what i'm going to give myself for my present 8) A quiet day on the Lamprey :D My family gets together tonight. So being single that gives me a lot of options for Christmas Day. I can still visit my neice & nephews later in the day when it gets dark out :lol:
If you see a blue F250 with MA plates beep & wave.

Happy fishing tomorrow! I would think you should have the whole place to your self but you never know. Yeah I've seen that scum in the volvo twice last week in the pool below the falls. He was fishing with power bait.

I fished the Lamprey today from noon to 3. What a great day to be out on the water. Here's a picture of a brown I dredged up from the deep. Another victim of the executioner.... :wink:

WOW, what I nice fish 8) Thats the same time I was there. I think I saw you fishing across from me a couple of times. Were you fishing the side accross from the parking lot? It was my first time there so I stayed on the parking lot side. I think I saw you. Did you go around the bend towards the Rock sticking out and see another guy accross from you? If you looked real close I was wearing a Mountain Road Fly Shop hat. (nice hat Tom)
I caught a nice Bow and I hooked into a nice brown at the bend but I didn't land the brown. It was a lot more crowded than what I would have expected seeing it was Christmas and all. I counted around 10 other guy's. I still had a great time.
