I want to take a fishing trip on the Upper Connecticut between Colebrook and West Stewartstown. Can anybody recommend a quality guide that can really show us that stretch of the river?

Doc, I would recommend calling Angus Bozeman. You can contact him at PIP Printing in Concord, NH. 225-7363. He owns the printing shop. Angus has been a fly fishing guide in the CT. lakes region for years and has a great reputation. Feel free to tell him I sent you. Tight Lines!

Thanks for the quick info Stephen. Since I have your attention do you have any info on fishing the Merrimack for salmon in the Tilton area?

The folks that will be doing the fly fishing reports for us for that area do drift boat down through there. Lopstick Lodge http://www.lopstick.com

I highly recommend Bill Bernhardt from Lopstick Lodge.
I recommend Tim from Lopstick, too. My son and I fished the trophy section in Pittsfield with him last year and enjoyed it greatly.
