Winnisquam Ice

I was just wondering if anyone has been by Winnisquam in the past day or so and what the ice condition is in the south bay in Lochmere/Belmont area. I own a cottage along Brecks Shore and was wondering when I can get my water pipe into the lake without having to chop ice. I'm new to this fourm and page and think it's great. I spend quite a bit of time fishing Lochmere at the dam and into Silver Lake and in the Winni in Tilton below the I-93 bridge down to town.

A very good friend of mine lives on the side away from Rt3 and tells me the ices is out in the chanel from the bridge down to where Rt3 comes right along side the water for the first time heading toward Laconia. I don't know if that helps.
