Bear Brook

Has anyone had any experience on Bear Brook up in Allenstown? If so, how would you rate the stream? I have hunted Bear Brook State Park many times, but I never fished the stream. I think I'd like to give it a shot this year. Any thoughts or info anyone would care to share will be greatly appreciated.

There's an impoundment on the stream that is, I've been told, stocked rather heavily. It also has/had handicap access.
