Now that numb feet old age and no boat have made me a shore fisherman and flats wader, I'd like to pass on a suggestion to some of the younger or maybe newer salt water fly fishermen. When you find a location, maybe along Rt. 1a, that looks very fishable take out your camera. The best time would be at dead low tide. Take a pic. off the structure, rocks debri and such. Turn directly behind you and take another picture. Do this until you have the really good spots covered. Then when the tide is up you will have no trouble finding where on the beach you need to be to fish the structure because that's were your stripers will be trapping their meals.
