Does anyone have any info regards Robie Pond in New Boston? In particular, where is it located? (I have as yet to find in on a map.) How big is it? How can it be accessed? It is developed? (I so do hate jetskies.) And, of course, how does it fish? Any and all information will be most sincerely appreciated. :)

As a follow up on my original post, I have located a Roby Pond on one of my topos. However, it seems to be located in Mt. Vernon just south of New Boston. I don't suppose this Roby Pond and the other Robie Pond are one and the same, no? Regrettably, I have not as yet located any Robie Pond in New Boston...at least map-wise :(

I live right next to New Boston (the name rings truer everyday) but have never fished it. I believe it is located inside the Airforce tracking station.

Chucka, as noted previously, I have located a "Roby Pond" which is located partially in the tracking station boundry. But, again, that particular Roby Pond is in Mt. Vernon. I am still at a loss as to where this "Robie" Pond of New Boston is located. A number of unnamed ponds appear on the topos of New Boston, so I assume, any one of them could be Robie Pond. It has been suggested by PW that perhaps I should just call the Fish & Game. Seems like a good idea since as they stocked it, they must know where it is.

In the mean time, however, if anyone has any clue as to where Robie Pond in New Boston might be, please feel free to point it out. :)

Found it! (Robie Pond, I mean.) Well, actually, the F&G told me where it is. And, it is as you said, BugChucka, it is inside the New Boston portion of the Tracking Station. However, I know nothing about this Tracking Station. Whereas it is a militray reservation, is it restricted to public access? If the pond is open to the general public (I can't see why the F&G would stock it if it were not), how does one access the it? And, does anyone know what the pond is like, size, depths, those sorts of things? It would seem this pond is quite the mystery pond. No one knows anything about it or....ahhhh, wait a moment, now I get it; this pond must be so good, such a NH gem, no one is going to risk an 'open' post....yeah, that must be it!

{Ok, mums the word. My lips are sealed. Oh, did I mention that I accept any and all PMs, just in case, of course.}
