Warning regarding the dangers of low-head dams

As the water is going down, more FF will be heading to the spillways of the hundreds of low-head dams we have on our NH rivers and streams. What many don't consider is how dangerous these may be. I knew about the fishing that is had at the base of those dams, but never saw them as dangerous. Thanks for the information and education. We're never too old to learn. :D
