The fall 2005 Maine Gathering of Cane Rodmakers will be held at the Eddington Salmon Club, on the banks of the Penobscot River, October 7-9, 2005. There will be a Salmon Bake Friday evening, a day of demonstrations of the rodmaking craft Saturday, and fishing the East Outlet of the Kennebec on Sunday.
All events will be open to rodmakers of all experience levels, from veterans to those just starting the craft.
Saturdays program will include coffee and pastries in the morning, a lunch and a real Southern pulled pork BBQ dinner with all the fixings.
Space is limited to the first 40 participants, and a registration form is available from Bob Milardo at rhd360@maine.edu or e-mail me at Rodmaker@Adelphia.net
