Just curious if anyone has ever fished this pond. Initially I was heading up to Millsfield Pond to scout it out for a spot to fish during the conclave/get together thing in Oct. I never made it. I saw Long Pond on my handheld GPS and decided to check it out instead. It looks like it has some potential. It's certainly a high elevation pond at almost 1800 feet. Saw some big rises towards the lower end. I was heading home from Rangeley and all my gear was packed up and I didn't feel unpacking. I should have blown up the tube and went out.
