are fishing.Big stripers are prowling in close during low light.Sandeels are their target with litteraly billions of them along the beach.Theaction is fierce until about 0600,when Mr. sun comes up.Black clousers and half n' halves are the flies to have.About three inches long.

As a matter of fact, I would avoid wading any beaches during low light conditions. That is when the man o' wars are out hunting! Believe me, you don't want one of those devils latching on to your face. I would recommend just waiting for the fall run at this point.

He is a Liar.... I have seen the massive sand eels in the River which is odd.. But no fish in the eeels>> The birds are liars too. Where are these big fish? well the school has been tagged and they are going south...
Saco lowlight... You couldn'e see the sand eels form shore...
