Anyone see the Union Leader story on the building "boom" in the north country in today's paper? Luckily most if not all of the water frontage up there is protected but it still leads me to believe that more people equals more pressure on the natural resources. It wouldn't surprise me if we saw in the not to distant future a proposal for a Plum Creek like development somewhere up there. Again, thankfully, Shaheen had the foresight to protect the 141k acres.
