I was just given an old cane Dapping Rod the top section was broken in half the bottom half looks like a clean break (may have been cut/snapped clean after the fact) and the top half is splintered two inches or so, does anyone know if this can be repaired? I think at one time this belonged to my Grandfather but my sister inherited it from our uncle and she has passed on all his fishing stuff to me, I would just like to keep as momento but to have it in working order would be better.
