I have a pair of Orvis breathable waders that have developed a leak(s) on the left side. Does anyone know of a SPRAY sealant that I could use to repair the waders?

fessie,

This might be what you want:
GORE ReviveX (http://www.ems.com/products/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=84552444258 3621&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302489553&fromTemplate=navigation%2Fsubcategory.jsp&bmUID=1128100125159)

Best regards,
Reed

Interesting, but not the solution (no pun intended) I'm looking for. I don't believe that product would create a seal on a leak, especially when in comes under pressure underwater. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

John,

3M makes a handful of spray adhesives that would work as a sealant. Below is a description of the one that I've had pretty good success with so far. I've sealed 5 mm neoprene and light-weights with it. It takes about a day to apply 3 or 4 layers (inside and out).
I have the "3M™ Product Solutions for the Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Industries" catalog with all of their spray adhesives should you want to try another. Let me know and I can e-mail the PDF to you.

Trim Adhesive

3M™ Spray Trim Adhesive PN08074).

Good luck with the repair and enjoy the Fall Finale (a previously scheduled family commitment prevents me from attending),
