Does anybody have some patterns they would like to share? I have plenty of zug bugs and prince nymphs for the Isonychia's but would like to have something different for the finicky trout that have seen everything. I don't have anything for stone clingers. The few patterns on the net I've seen in my opinion don't come close to matching the real ones. I've collected samples and their very flat. Makes sense since they live and crawl between the rocks.

One way to match the "flat" aspect of the clinger nymphs is to lash a strip of lead (same diameter as the hook) to each side. They should be as long as the abdomen. Once lashed down I usually coat them with head cement to assure they will not slip.
