Hi
I would like to introduce myself and the Mountain Road Fly Shop. I'm Tom Jutras and my shop is located in Raymond NH. You can visit our site at www.mountainroadfly.com I'll be at the show in Wilmington this weekend. Stop by my booth and say hello if you make it to the show. This winter has been way too long for me this year. Cabin fever bigtime!! Can't wait to wet a line and be in my favorite place, "into the backing"!

Oh goodee goodee! Another fly shop to visit on a lousy Saturday.

What kind of toons do you carry? Any kind of deal on one?

Tom and his shop are an asset to fly fishermen in the northeast. He is a friend and supporter (business member) of TU and has been more than generous in support of the Merrimack River Valley chapter.
Welcome aboard, Tom.

Gerry

ps can you arrange to get rid of some this snow?

Hi Tom-
I was briefly talking to someone from your shop at the Rockingham show back in February ( you know, before we got into the real crappy winter weather) and they mentioned that you had an open house sometime in May. Refresh my memory- was it the weekend of the 7th or the 14thth?? I'm interested in picking up a sportspal canoe this spring and would like to come over and check one out. I am planning on going to the show in Wilmington tomorrow so hopefully I'll get a chance to talk to you there. Looks like some pretty good seminars this year.

Hi Squaretail
Our Demo Day this year is a two day event. On May 14th we will have demos on our canoes and kayaks. On May 15th we will have the fly shop Demo Day for our fly rods and pontoons and float tubes. Our Demo Day last year had so many people trying canoes and kayaks that we were not able to cast our rods on the pond so that is why we are doing the two day program this year. Stop by and have a bite to eat and a cold soda with us. It's a pretty laidback day and a lot of fun with a free raffle for all who attend.

Hope you can make it, Tom

I sell the Waterskeeter toons. Stop by my shop and we can talk deals. There is a few things we can talk about to get you into one of the boats.
I look forward to meeting you at the shop. If you can, make it to the demo day.

Tom,

I would be looking for the 2005 models such as the "RIVER GUIDE" series "GUIDE LITE" or "LAKE GUIDE".

Heres a place that has fotos: http://www.oregonfishing.com/

Scroll down and look on the right.

Is the shop open for business?

Thanks

I know Bill Pfranke. He sent me a hat pin also. Bill built a nice rod for me back in 92. He is truly an artist in rod building and a very good machinist. The Pflueger parts he builds are great.

Tom I just now noticed the play you made on Bill's last name, starting it with a P. I am a big NASCAR fan and my favorite driver is Mark Martin who is sponsored by Pfizer. So the fan club he has is called the 6 Pfamily. Also a play on a name that starts with F.

Just a little trivia at this slow time before fishing starts.

I'm sorry to say that I have not. I've been busy with the shows, set up and take down as well as setting the shop back up after our return. I e-mailed the company about selling their products and I never heard from them. I will dig back into my info and try again.
