Default 2012 Fly Fishing In N.H. Kayak drawing

2012 FFNH Spring Kayak Drawing

NH certainly has some incredible opportunities for the Fly Fisherman. We mostly talk about the rivers and streams, but the lakes and ponds in NH are certainly one of our prized resources for fly fishing. I really think the NH Fish & Game does a very good job managing these bodies of water. Last year we ran a league where we met once a week and fished many of these places. Some were new to us and others were ones we may not have been to in many years. Although we covered many areas in the State we just started to touch the surface of what NH really has.
Fly fishing from a kayak, canoe, float tube or pontoon boat really fits in with what NH has to offer.

With the support and generosity of Sean, Wilderness Systems and Amherst Kayak & Canoe, we have put together a free drawing for the members of the Fly Fishing in NH Forum. We have a new Wilderness Systems Commander 120 kayak that one lucky member of the forum will be casting a fly from this year. The Commander is what I feel to be the ultimate fresh water fly fishing kayak available today.

Here are the details:

The drawing is open to any forum member. You must have a minimum of 5 posts to be eligible. Simply reply to this thread and indicate if you would like to be included in the drawing. You do not have to be present to win nor do you need to be part of the league. We will post the winner here and the winner will have 10 days to respond. An alternate name will be drawn incase the original winner does not respond.

Good Luck & Tight Lines in 2012!

Update: 3/30/2012

Spring and ice out has certainly come early this year. The date of the drawing for the kayak is going to be moved sooner that way the winner can take advantage of the early season and be able to set there boat up to there liking before Trout season opens.

The final time to register for the drawing will be this coming Friday April 6th at 1 AM. Anyone can register for the drawing here:

The Drawing will be held sometime on Easter weekend somewhere TBD streamside.

Yes--this is a very generous and thoughtful offer by all concerned.
Thanks for putting this together; to Marc and Sean and Wilderness Systems as well.
