Hello, my name is Greg. I've decided to join the community because I want to take fly fishing seriously. I've done this a couple of times with my family when I was in Utah. I hope to learn more. Happy New Year!

Welcome to the forum Greg. I see you've been actively responding to members' posts. Good for you. We're a pretty helpful bunch if you're not asking for special spots. A review of the posts will give you an idea where to fish. If you have specific questions about rigging, equipment, how to's of fly fishing you'll have plenty of time before spring to post em up.

new member here as well.

getting back into fly fishing after nearly 40 years away from it. new Orvis Clearwater 9wt rod & reel. Trout is not my thing, prefer to fish for bass, pike and the like. Want to try out some saltwater for stripers as well
