Default Who is your supplier?

So I've exhausted my sources for fly tying material in the area.
I'm looking for a decent company (probably online) where I can purchase the rare but also popular fly tying materials.

Where does everyone get their supplies from?

Selene Dumaine--Merrymeeting Flies & Supplies
The FLY Shop--Redding CA.
Feathercraft--St. Louis, MO
Blue Ribbon Flies--West Yellowstone, MT.

If those 4 don't have it---nobody does.

Anything I can't get locally I typically order from Stone River.. too far to drive, but close enough to get most things in 1-2 days via mail. For beads and some of the more unique nymphing materials, I've used Wingaersheek Flies.

I typically like to use the local shops like Stone River and Evening Sun for materials. I'm sure there are great deals online, but it's great to go to the shop and look and feel the materials and talk to the guys working. Many times I've got great advice on alternative materials that cost less and works just as effectively as the real pricey stuff. CDC caddis is one of my go to flies and I probably never would have started tying it if it wasn't for the guys at Stone River.

I mostly stay local, but online, I recently used Blue Quill Angler, which is in Colorado, and was very pleased with their customer service.

You're not going to beat stoneriver... if you're ordering on the phone from the seacoast, it'll be there "next day". Their selection is as good as any you'll find, and it's close enough to drive in the event that you want to see what you're buying.

Dan and Nate a great guys, and they've done a great job of converting the shop to a "Tyers Shop" as much as a "Gear Shop".

As Dave mentioned, Selene's shop in Brunswick is awesome, and you'll not find a better person to teach you, but it might be a bit of a hike.
