Default Worm hatches

Hey guys, just wondering out of curiosity does anyone know of worm hatches in marshes during the fall, winter and or early spring around here? This curiosity has absolutely nothing to do with sea-run brown trout that may or may not inhabit nearby estuaries...

Speaking of sea-run browns that may or may not exist, here is my first fish of the new year, caught last weekend... Yes I know the picture is upside down... I'm just too damn lazy to figure out how to fix it...
