Well the Battenkill runs right through town -...

Well the Battenkill runs right through town - wild Brookies and hard to catch large wild browns. I have never fished it but access is supposed to be good. Check out the Orvis report.

Assuming they get the T-storms forecast over the next few days the water levels should be fine. Fished up there a couple weekends ago, plenty of water, 40 fish day.
